Cancellation Policy

Gypsy Soul Cancellation and Conduct Policy

At Gypsy Soul, we value flexibility and understand that plans can change unexpectedly. To cater to these uncertainties, we've revised our cancellation policy effective from 1st October 2020.

No Refunds: We do not provide monetary refunds for cancellations. Instead, we offer a credit voucher equivalent to the advance payment made. This voucher is valid for one year from the date of issue and can be fully redeemed on your next booking without any deductions.

Cancellation Procedure: To avail of this policy, inform us at least 18 hours prior to your scheduled check-in time. If you fail to do so or if there is a no-show, no credit voucher will be provided.
Blackout Dates: The credit voucher cannot be used on New Year's Eve, Christmas, or other blackout dates determined by our management.

Rates: The rates prevailing at the time of the new booking will be applicable. The voucher cannot be redeemed partially or used multiple times; it is a one-time-use voucher and must be fully redeemed in a single booking.

Transferability: The voucher is transferable, allowing you to pass it on to a friend or family member.

Circumstances Beyond Our Control: We cannot offer any refund, compensation, or voucher for circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, epidemics, civil unrest, etc.

This revision is a result of the global Covid-19 pandemic, which led to numerous last-minute cancellations due to rapidly changing travel advisories and health concerns.

Guest Conduct Policy at Gypsy Soul

In an effort to ensure that all our guests have an enjoyable, peaceful, and carefree holiday, we've established the following Guest Conduct Policy:

Respect for Others: Your actions should not upset, annoy or disturb other guests or our staff, put anyone at risk or danger, or damage property. Failure to comply may result in the termination of your stay without any refund, compensation, or coverage of other costs you may incur.

Safety and Property Condition: You are responsible for your own safety and the condition of the property you occupy during your stay. Any accidents caused by irresponsible behaviour or damage to the property due to negligence are your responsibility.

Alcohol Consumption: Alcohol should be consumed responsibly. We will not be liable for any injury, loss, or damage you suffer as a result of impaired judgment due to alcohol consumption.

Prohibited Substances: Carrying, consuming, or use of illegal substances, including sheesha, within the Gypsy Soul premises is strictly prohibited. If you are found to be in possession or under the influence of such substances, it will result in immediate termination of your stay. Local authorities will also be informed for further legal action.

Damage Liability: You and your travelling party are jointly and individually liable for any damage to the accommodation, furniture, or other materials located within the property. This includes any legal costs we may incur while pursuing a claim for such damage. Breakages, defects, or damage should be reported to an appropriate person immediately.

Behavioural Accountability: Disruptive or distressing behaviour may result in you and your travelling party being held jointly and individually liable for any costs incurred as a result. We cannot accept liability for the actions of others in your accommodation or for any facilities/services withdrawn due to such behaviour.

By confirming your booking, you acknowledge that you agree to these terms. Please bear in mind that your actions can significantly impact your experience and that of others at Gypsy Soul. We hope that every guest contributes to a harmonious atmosphere and helps make every stay a pleasant one. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

For any issues or concerns, feel free to reach out to us. We value your trust in Gypsy Soul and strive to offer the best service possible.
